We’ve simplified our program so it’s easy for you and the agents you refer. All you have to do is share your referral link, found on your agent dashboard. When the agent you referred sells 5 in-force policies, you will earn $750!

Best of all, there is no limit to the number of referrals you make. Refer as many agents as you would like to Assurance and earn $750 for each successful referral!

How much money can I earn for my referrals?
You can earn $750 total per referral! Payout happens after the referred agent sells their first 5 in-force policies on the platform. There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make. You can refer as many agents as you want to Assurance!
Where do I find my unique referral link?
1099 agents can log-in to to dial.assurance.com.

Under your "Refer & Earn $$" tab, choose from three sections: Medicare, Life, or Health. Select one line of insurance to share your unique referral link and referral code.
Can anyone refer a new agent?
No, only current 1099 Assurance Agents are eligble for this referral program. If you are a W2 agent who would like to refer someone, refer to this article for more information.

1099 P&C agents cannot refer agents at this time.

Team Leads can only refer agents if that leader actively sells insurance policies on the platform (in turn, they would technically be an agent).

Pod Leader Referrals: When a Pod leader makes a successful referral and the referred agent meets all criteria, the Pod leader may receive a referral bonus. The referral bonus amount is determined according to the current 1099 referral program. A Pod leader is not eligible for a referral bonus for agents that he/she recruits/refers to their own Pod. However, a Pod leader is eligible for a referral bonus for agents not in his/her pod.

BPO agents, third-party agents, guides, and any other 1099 contractors who are not Assurance Agents are not eligible to make referrals to Assurance nor receive any bonuses related to referrals.
What if my friend doesn't use my referral link? Can I still get the bonus if I tell my Sales Manager?
No, your referral must use your unique referral link in order to receive credit. There are no exceptions.
Can I refer someone who sold with Assurance before?
No, this is only for referring brand new 1099 agents.

If we find that you've referred & earned on a past agent, you could be permanently terminated from the platform.
Does an agent have to be in the same line of insurance (LOI) as you?
No! You can refer someone to become an agent under a different line of insurance than you. Under your "Refer & Earn $$" tab, you'll, see a unique referral link for each line of insurance (Medicare, Life, & Health).
Can W2 agents refer 1099 agents?
Unfortunately, W2 (full-time) agents cannot refer 1099 (independent) insurance agents to join Assurance at this time.
How do I track my referrals?
Go to dial.assurance.com and log in. You can track who you referred & how much you've earned in 2 different places…

1) Under the "Activity" tab on the right (under "Referrals" section)

or

2) Under your "Refer & Earn $$" tab, at the bottom you'll see a "Track Referrals" section with who you referred and how many policies they have sold!
